WOLTMAN WP/WS cold


WOLTMAN cold water meters for high flowrates

The Woltman meter is designed for measuring volumes of cold water (max. 50°C) in main pipes. It exists in two versions :
- Woltman WP cold, where the impeller axis is parallel to the pipe. It offers low resistance to the passing of water. This considerably reduces head loss.
- Woltman WS cold, where the impeller axis is perpendicular to the pipe. It is particularly sensitive at low flowrates which increases the dynamic range of measurement. The measuring chamber can be replaced at all times without removing the meter from the pipe. This meter is equipped with a rotating glass metal register with magnetic transmission as a standard feature and can be fitted with a number of types of pulse emitters even after they are installed. Woltman meter can also be connected with several air-conditionned thermal energy calculators.

ARD


Volumetric meter for chemical liquids

With its meters with a rotating piston, Sappel proposes a modular system. The modules are available in different materials and can be assembled like a domino game. Thanks to a wide range of materials, it can provide a specific solution to each measurement problem, depending on the nature of the liquid. ARD can be equipped with one or several pulse emitter modules. The operations of controlling and cleaning the measurement chamber and the rotating piston can be done on site, without removing the meter from the pipe. It is possible to insert a heating device in the measurement chamber according to the measured liquid. A wide range of flowrates can be measured by ARD meters and even very low flowrates are recorded with precision.

BM


Mechanical Water Dosing Meter

The BM meter is designed for water dosing problems. The water flowrate measured is read directly and the index is reset to zero by simply turning the dial. Its robust design guarantees maximum shock resistance. Its transmission via a packing gland makes it a particularly robust meter.

RO


Oval gear meter for chemical liquids: Sturdy and precise for any viscosity

Oval gear meters belong to the category of positive-displacement meters. They have the accuracy and wide measurement range of this category, with the further advantage of accepting big differences in the viscosity of the liquids metered. In addition to these qualities, the RO meter is very sturdy, easy to disassemble, resistant to high working pressures and temperatures. Made from materials specifically selected to measured products, the RO meter is equally able to meter fuel oil or milk as well as mastic or food pastes. Equipped with a high-frequency pulse emitter, the RO meter is particularly suitable for process applications as well as batching operations calling extreme precision and perfect reliability.

SUPER T


Urban A/C and heat metering

Super T is a magnetic inductive flow measurement system. It enables urban A/C and heat metering. Super T has a wide measurement range at both low and wide flowrates. It has particularly low head loss and wide measurement range. It has no movable part in the liquid so it enforces the original solutions and adapts at demanding conditions; for example, it permits the measurement of water with glycol at -20oC till over-boiled water at 150oC. When combined with Calec MB and Mimas and Pallas, Super T is the ideal hydraulic part for measuring energy all seasons.

VEGA I


Volumetric meter for industrial liquids on 5m3/h

Vega i is a volumetric meter suitable for industrial metering, specially for demineralised water. The viscosity of liquids to be metered ranges from 1 to 100 mPa.s at temperatures between 0°C and 30°C. The volumetric technology provides metrological precision, mechanical reliability, as well as a wide measurement range. Vega i is a modular meter and can be equipped with pulse emitter from the Pulsar range. Combined with the Draco electronic register, Vega i is the ideal tool for industrial liquid dosing.

VZO meters


VZO / VZF / VZO 4 / VZO 8

VZO is a modular volumetric meter with an oscillating piston. That design makes VZO extremely rugged and highly accurate, including at low flowrates. VZO may be installed horizontally, vertically or at an angle. When used with burners, it may be fitted directly on the nozzle line. Because of its materials - cast iron, bronze and aluminium piston - VZO is particularly appropriate for metering non-aggressive liquid lubricants such as fuel oil or mineral oil. Because of its modular design, VZO may be fitted at all times with a pulse emitter or its metering chamber can be cleaned without taking the meter off the pipe. The simplicity of the design makes this operation easy. The variety of values and types of pulse make VZO compatible with all centralised technical management systems. The version with an electronic register (VZF) offers a multifunctional display facility, as well as pulse and analogue outputs.
